PITTSGROVE, N.J. — After 12 exciting weeks of tournament fishing, Mike Iaconelli returns to the studio to share fishing stories and talk with fans during the three-hour FanFest edition of Ike Live!, Sunday, June 14, at 8 p.m. ET, live-streaming from MikeIaconelli.com.
Iaconelli plans several “pop-up” contests during the show, including one for the best “worst fishing story.” The lucky viewer who calls in, tweets in or posts to Facebook the best worst fishing story wins a Fishidy subscription. Prizes for other pop-up contests include tournament jerseys autographed by Iaconelli.
In addition, Matt Schwolert, a math teacher at Marcus ninth-grade campus in Lewisburg, Texas, will video chat in from his classroom, where he and his students discuss Schwolert’s “Fishing for Algebra” course, which uses fishing as a basis for explaining algebraic concepts.
Viewers will also see the world premiere of Iaconelli’s new action fishing video, produced by Hunter Shryrock of 496Films and directed by Becky Iaconelli.
