What does it do?

According to Hatcams, the new visor is 35 percent stronger which allows for heavier cameras to be used. And, the forward placement of the male mount on the visor allows for bigger and wider cameras to be mounted without interference from the hat.

Why do I need it?

With this new system, you can mount cameras comfortably that’ll record for 8 to 10 hours continuously. That’s critical when fishing because you never know when the big one will bite. You need to be ready at all times. The only way to do that is with continuous filming.

How do I use it?

Mount your camera on the visor, turn it on, place your hat on your head, tighten the cap with the back hook-and-loop strap and you’re good to go.
