This season today’s winner Edwin Evers has been fishing with Wounded Warriors prior to many of the Elite Series Tournaments. These events are officially called the OPTIMA Batteries Healing Heroes in Action Tour and the final one this year takes place August 8 on the Susquehanna River from Delta, Penn. The tour is part fundraiser for the Wounded Warriors in Action program, whose purpose is to take Purple Heart recipients on outdoor adventures. Here’s your chance to bid for the final OPTIMA Batteries Healing Heroes in Action Tour on Sat. August 8 on the Susquehanna River in Delta, Penn. Bidders will need your own boat and partner. The highest bidder will receive an awesome prize package from my current sponsors and the winning bidder will be announced on Monday August 3.
