Aaron Martens has suddenly gone from frustrated to fired up, Steve Bowman reports. The tide is falling to where Martens needs it. He's missed on several bites today, but he's starting to connect. Martens has about 9 1/2 pounds on 4 fish, which includes a 13-inch that he needs to cull. You'd have to think Bill Lowen has just about maximized his possibilities with 16 or 17 pounds today.
This is where that 4-pound, 15-ounce lead that Martens had to start this day comes into play. Martens needs "only" another 4 pounds, approximately, to be dead even with Lowen.
This one is going down to the wire.
