We've seen Bobby in the blog all day, and each and every time he was on water.
BASSTrakk guru Matt Dowd mumbled something about satellite interference. Let's go with that for now. Also, we are definitely going to pull that phone from service before the first Elite next month and figure out why it's acting up.
