After trying to settle on an angler to follow in Sturgeon Bay for 1.5 hours, I finally found someone who wasn't pulling up their trolling motor the second we showed up. James Elam was gracious enough to boat a nice keeper fish when we arrived. I am going to see if his hot streak continues, after winning the Central Open last week.
I had to stop writing this because he found another fish and worked it patiently for two minutes, but unfortunately he lost it. James is such a nice guy, he apologized to me for losing it. It's okay, just get another one.
