As the Day 3 leader, Mike McClelland took off first this morning. He shut down just past the Kimberling City bridge and caught a 2-pounder — not on the jinxing first cast — but shortly afterward, on a swimbait.
James Overstreet and I have a special guest with us today, Mike McClelland's 16-year-old stepson, Noah West. He's a photographer, who hopes to pick up a tip or two from Overstreet today. I, on the other hand, don't have a prayer of learning anything from JO today or any other day. I done spent too much with him.
