Dean Rojas ran down to Lake George with the rest of the field on days 1 and 2, but for the last two days has found his own water. He didn't catch a fish in our time with him, but he's doing pretty well today. If he can just find one or two big ones sitting on the beds, this Day 4 could get real interesting.
We run north to find Randy Howell nearby. Our boat driver says this is a fertile area for some big fish. So far Randy only has 1 in the boat and looking for them.
Randy said he saw a 10-pounder but she got spooked. Randy caught the male, and put it in the live well and later released it in the hopes the female returning. It's a risky strategy but he doesn't have a lot to lose.
