Clunn on a milk run

We watched Rick Clunn fish about half of Saturday and all of Sunday so far. He's fishing a series of points on Piney Bay, and when he goes into Piney Creek he's generally hitting spots where rocks or trees jut out.

When the fish don't bite in a particular spot he'll return to a place where he fished earlier in the day. Some would call this a milk run.

Rick knows that as conditions change in temperature, wind, cloud cover, etc., the bite will change. A spot that wasn't fruitful two hours ago might be now.

Conditions are indeed changing here; with more sun the temp is rising. This blogger just pulled out his sunglasses.
