Shimizu repositioned his boat alongside the jetty and is working south with the last of the outgoing tide. He is pitching a plethora of lures trying to entice a bite. Most are small due to the forage size. There is no shortage of minnows around here. At the moment they have less cover because of the low tide. However, that changes quick around here on the Delaware. When it turns around and comes back in it will be coming in with a vengeance.
