Greg Hackney has suddenly caught a five-bass limit with nothing smaller than 3 pounds and at least three fish over 4 pounds. No. 5 came at8:20. It gives him close to 20 pounds for the day.
"I CAN catch five here," said Hackney, in reference to the fact that he finished one shy of a limit yesterday.
Undoubtedly, the wind is his friend today, after it being a vicious, white-capping enemy yesterday. It's putting just a ripple on the water today, breezing at less than 5 miles per hour out of the south/southwest.
