My boat driver for the day was Steve, who is a tow truck driver by night, bass fisherman by day. He gets off work at 7am, and he is on Lake St. Clair by 8. I can tell you one other thing about Steve- he likes going really fast and thinks its hilarious to terrify Alabama web designers who find themselves in a bass boat on Lake St. Clair. I would summarize my time as "choppy" but Steve said that it was pretty calm. I can't imagine what it's like on Erie, but I hear Steve Wright had a real good time today.
