Bill Lowen just put his fifth fish in the livewell, but he's not too proud of it.
"It's not supposed to be this hard out here," Lowen said. "Instead of 6- and 8-pounders, I'm catching 6- and 8-ouncers."
He's not exaggerating much. We've seen Lowen catch his last two keepers and they were just that — keepers.
Lowen is going to continue to flip this area of shallow trees for awhile longer, then make a run in search of some giants, or at least 3-pounders.
