DeFoe has decided to leave this bank and is headed back to some of the extremely shallow water where he caught his first three keepers.
The area is sensitive enough that we are going to let him have it. Instead we are headed in to get a gallery up before the weigh in. DeFoe still has some work to do, but he's simply shown no signs of panicking. We expect him to finish his limit.
One 4 pounder or two 3 pounders and he's right in the mix again.
His first fish where he's headed was a 3-pounder this morning, so those kind of keepers live there.
