Bassmaster Elite Series pro Caleb Sumrall was stuck on three fish for about 7 1/2 pounds for a little while, but shortly after we pulled up to him, good things started happening.
In a span of five minutes, Sumrall caught his 4th and 5th keeper followed by a solid cull fish. He has about 13 1/2 pounds now with a lot of time left to fish. In his bag is a 4-pounder which he claims to be the best fish he’s caught all week.
There’s no question that Sumrall is on to a little something now, so watch out.
