Yesterday morning Randy Howell caught two nice keepers in the first 20 minutes. Today after nearly 45 minutes he has zero.
He started Day 3 in fourth place with a total of 43 pounds 12 ounces. Howell started the year with some tougher finishes, 73rd on Cherokee, 57th on Okeechobee, 46th at the Classic, and then he started making checks. At Toledo Bend he fished on Sunday and finished 11th. At Ross Barnett he finished in 30th place.
