After a few key misses this morning, Hunter Shryock boats his first keeper, a fish he called a two-and-a-half on LIVE that looks more like a three pounder.
Shryock has a flipping stick in his hand and I asked him how different was his flipping set up from Guntersville, if any. “It’s a lot different set up. It’s a shorter rod, different line and a variation of weights and baits,” said the Abu Garcia Pro.
Since that keeper fish, Shryock has caught another non keeper fish. “They’re either 13 inches or they’re three pounds.”
Either way, Shryock is on fish.
