Ritchey and Thompson pull out an impressive victory with a 6-fish limit for 26.01 pounds, narrowly surpassing the second place team of Jim Sedor and James Rubino who had 25.21 pounds and also the tournament lunker, a 6.51-pound largemouth. Jason Deline and Frank Baney took third place with 24.83 pounds.
The Keystone Bass Buddy Circuit trail starts off each season in early April at Raystown Lake and consistently this lake produces the heaviest average weight of any venue on the schedule. 2017 was no exception with an average weight of 3.12 pounds per fish and several 5-plus-pounders and 2 over 6 pounds.
