Another fish for Todd Faircloth, and again it's short of legal. This area is producing, although not the quality that Faircloth wants or needs.
We're following him down a steep rocky bank where the Elk River channel swings against the shoreline. He's been targeting docks in this area more than the rock he dished earlier this morning, but his approach seems to favor pinpointing specific sections of the docks, mostly on the back of them. Faircloth also has keyed on any woody debris around the boat docks.
