Chris Lane is easy to find from a distance. The American flag on his light pole and the orange Power Poles are dead giveaways.

He is fishing in a creek arm with heavy current, working on high speed.

He thinks that 17 pounds a day will win.

"The name of the game is that you can't get in a bad rotation," he said. "If you get in a bad rotation, you are not going to do any good."
