As the 9 o’clock hour approached, Steve Kennedy joined the group of now nine anglers who have a 5-bass limit this morning. His five, including a 2-6 big bass, weigh 7 pounds, 2 ounces. Kennedy comes into this sixth tournament of the Elite Series season ranked 23rd in the Angler of the Year standings.
