Ike staying in lower-lake area

I'm getting reports from my old buddy Steve Wright in Houston that Mark Zona and Davy Hite are saying that Iaconelli's big bass may indeed be close to 10 pounds. We had just pulled up to Ike after a move and hadn't maneuvered as close as we wanted when Ike hooked the fish, so we weren't able to make a good guess on weight. There's also the little matter of Ike being notorious for giving fish the big-eye treatment.

Iaconelli has moved a couple of times in the past 20 minutes. Not far, still the same lower-lake area not far from the dam. He just boated another short fish, drawing cheers from the gallery, which has swelled to about three dozen boats in the past half hour.
