Mike Iaconelli hasn't budged from the spot where he caught the fish he called a 10-pounder (for the record, we're calling it closer to 8 pounds). When I say he hasn't budged, I mean he literally hasn't moved more than a few feet. While I can understand his reasons for staying put, our boat driver says there are bigger and possibly more productive brushpiles along the offshore stretch near this point where Ike is fishing. As if on cue, a massive fish rolled on the surface just a few feet from our boat. Not sure if it was a largemouth or one of the lake's hybrid striped bass, but it's a sign there are a lot of fish in this area.
