Randy Howell now has a limit for 8 pounds 13 ounces. He told us that now gives him a little freedom to alter his strategy. He’s been fishing slightly offshore and using a lure that will help him catch a good number of fish, but it tends to attract smaller bass. He’s switched up now, moved into some deep timber and using a bait that won’t catch as many fish but it will tend to catch bigger fish.
