Randy Howell is back where he started this morning. He’s frustrated, obviously. Upon leaving his last spot, the fifth since we first left here, he muttered the same comments about the shad.

There’s nut much improvement on the way, according to TVA. Wheeler Dam was scheduled to generate at 9,981 cubic feet per second beginning at 10 a.m. That’s down from 10,240 cfs earlier this morning.
