“I cannot believe I’m in the Top 12, based on the practice I had,” Christie said Saturday. “Plus I’ve really only got two small areas, and I haven’t seen a four-pounder all week.”
Christie entered this event just hoping to finish high enough to maintain his place in the AOY standings and stay in the cut for a GEICO Bassmaster Classic berth. Consider it mission accomplished for Christie, who was 10th in the AOY standings entering the day
