Steve Kennedy just made a move up toward the dam, where media boats don't want to go because of big rocks. I can now see Brent Chapman and David Walker in the distance.
Steve Kennedy started fishing below where he was fishing the last few days. He just caught his sixth fish, about 3 pounds. Culling now. He said he has more than 15 pounds in his livewell now.
I am on the water with Takahiro Omori. Now it started snow on the lake. COLD! His rod guides get ice every once in a while.
After a couple of hours, this is what Omori's boat looked like:
Now we are no longer in the no-wake zone, Evers will try to get back to where he fished yesterday up in the lake.
Aaron Martens just landed his fifth fish -- a chunky 14-incher. He's got a limit now!
Martens cast a line out toward the shore.
Martens just made another move closer to the launch area, and caught his fourth fish at about 1 pound. I estimate he's got around 5 1/2 pounds in his livewell.
Aaron Martens makes a move back to the front of the launch site.
Aaron Martens just missed a nice keeper -- looked like a 2-plus. The fish got wrapped around underwater structure and the line was cut.
Aaron Martens made a move to the other side of the lake where you almost do not feel any wind. A big change to where he was fishing before that had a strong wind. He's still got three fish.
Aaron Martens attracts local onlookers while fishing for a lunker to add to his livewell.
