It occurred to me that during the four or five months that I have written this blog I have said very few things about the Elite Series anglers or the people around it.

Starting with the upcoming Bassmaster Classic in New Orleans (Feb. 18-20), popular television personality Dave Mercer will control the microphone as contenders weigh fish for the world championship title.
