Game changer for Martens

Feb 25, 2012

Martens caught his third fish in a matter of minutes. He appears to be on a wad of fish back year but he's yet to entice the game-changing bite that'll be necessary to compete for the title. The question remains -- will he grind it out or tire of the cookie cutters?   Meanwhile, Roumbanis connected on a short fish which he quickly released. He'd probably kill for a few of Aaron's discards.

Martens moving down the bank

Feb 25, 2012

We're following Fred Roumbanis now. After watching Martens move at a glacial pace, Boom Boom seems to be fluing down the bank, even though truth be told he's progressing rather deliberately. He's mixing it up, but part of the mix includes a spinning rod. He just dumped a small fish at the boat, then came up empty on consecutive swings.
