2011 Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Opens, which will conclude with each event's final-day weigh-in at select Bass Pro Shops locations. The popular Open tournament structure will again feature three qualifying series in a Southern, Central and Northern Division.
Recent fish kills at Kerr Reservoir and Briery Lake in Virginia have been linked to largemouth bass virus by Virginia Department of Game & Inland Fisheries biologists. LMBV has not been implicated in fish kills nationally for nearly a decade.
