Leader update

Aug 3, 2013

Bianchi Update He's now culling and just caught the best one yet.    A mixed foursome of finesse baits are doing the trick. He's using a drop shot rig with a finesse worm. Looks like there's a small jig with plastic trailer. The other two rigs are variations of the drop shot and the jig.   The wind has definitely picked up, not that it really matters at this point. It's blowing around 10 mph from the west.

First take

Aug 3, 2013

Full Box for Bianchi Things have happened quickly for leader Jim Bianchi. He's already got a limit in the boat and the first two fish came on board at 6 a.m., just 15 minutes after takeoff. The sun has just come into full view.    He's pitching grass in 10 feet of water.
