Terry Scroggins fishes on the other side of an island early on Day Three.

Scroggins misses a fish and drops his Power Poles to seine the area.

His patience pays off and he fights his third keeper to the boat.

Scroggins holds up a good quality fish as his Marshal takes a picture.

After getting a quick limit, Scroggins switches lures to try and entice a bigger bite.

This nice largemouth would help Scroggins cull a little bit on Day Three.

Mike Iaconelli was making a charge at the leaderboard under cloudy skies.

This small largemouth wouldn’t help Iaconelli. 

Ike quickly tosses the bass back and gets stands up to cast again.

The windy conditions helped fire the bass up and Iaconelli was hooked up again.

Long casts and quick erratic action were keys to catching fish early on Day Three.

As he went to swing the fish into the boat, it pulled off, but still ended up in the bottom of Iaconelli’s boat

Ike would hook up with a fish in the first few casts at almost every spot he hit with wind blowing on it.

Another bass flies into the boat only to be quickly tossed back.

With a good limit already in the boat, this bass isn’t the size that will help Ike.
