The morning launch for Day 2 is over and Occoneechee State Park is quiet. Today is different because we have added the high school teams and one of them has experienced the thrill of a win before. Joan said, "I am not sure that this is clear enough to see, but there was a rainbow that appeared over the Lake Motel in Clarksville, Va., right after a thunderstorm this afternoon. We know that a few lucky anglers will find the bass pot of gold and win the opportunity to go to the national championship tournament in November." Couldn't have said it better!
