Stacy Twiggs, Senior Manager Federation Nation Youth

Stacy manages the foundation of BASS youth programs. He works collectively with leadership from 47 state and provincial Federation Nations and 6 foreign BASS Federation Nations. As a previous B.A.S.S. Federation Nation State President, tournament angler, father and outdoorsman, he understands the challenges that states and families face. Stacy retired from the U.S. Navy in 1993 and has since dedicated much of his focus to the B.A.S.S. Federation Nation and its youth programs. He works with B.A.S.S. clubs, state and national youth agencies and meets with schools to promote recruitment and educate youth about outdoors advocacy and responsible resource management. Through youth publications, Junior Bassmaster Clubs and the CastingKids program, BASS/ESPN Outdoors is committed to fostering the friendly spirit of youth competition, avid angling, and outdoor recreation for years to come.
