GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. — With the Elite Series about to get under way for 2011, Koppers Fishing and Tackle Corp., producers of LIVETARGET life-like premium lures, are pleased to announce that David Walker has formally signed a deal with the company. "We are very excited to have David on board," states company president Grant Koppers. "David is a great addition to our team. He brings a wealth of crankbait technical knowledge to our product development team, and his track record and experience on tour (on and off the water) speaks for itself.
David is one of the true gentlemen of the sport and we are proud to have him on board." An equally excited Walker claims, "This company gets it when it comes to building the right products for fish and anglers alike. They value my input and experience, and this creates a great synergy for both sides. The quality and the finishes of their baits are incredible and I know they will contribute to my success on the Elite Series this year." Walker joins fellow Bassmaster Elite Series angler Stephen Browning on the factory pro staff team.
