How do we sign up?

You must fill out the club packet properly and mail it to us by your deadline. http://www.bassmaster.com/registration-info-carhartt-bassmaster-college-series

If we miss the deadline, can we still compete in our conference regional?

Yes. We will accept entries up until the briefing of your conference regional. Your school will be assessed a $50.00 late fee.

Are there any entry fees?

No. The only fees you will pay to fish with us are your College and Nation dues, which are at a discounted rate of $30.00, total.

How do the qualifications for the championship work?

Qualifying spots are based on fields of up to fifty (50) boats. For every ten (10) boats over fifty (50), B.A.S.S. will extend berths by one (1) boat. Example: 50 boats = 10 berths, 60 boats = 11 berths, 70 boats = 12 berths.

What are the requirements to be an eligible anger/team?

Each club must be an official organization on campus with a minimum of six (6) members. Only one club from an institution is allowed. Each member must be a full-time student. Each angler must be a member of B.A.S.S. and the B.A.S.S. Nation. Each College Series club must have an active faculty advisor. This advisor will submit all membership paperwork. If an active advisor is not required by your institution, then all paperwork must be submitted by an official faculty member from your institution. Each club must complete eight (8) hours of community service. Each member is eligible for five (5) years of competition.

Does B.A.S.S. provide boats for us or do we have to furnish our own boat?

B.A.S.S. does not provide boats for you to compete out of. If you do not own or have access to a boat, we can help you contact your local B.A.S.S. Nation members to see if they can assist you with locating a boat for you to use at our tournaments.
