Lake Nepessing Bass Club
This site is part of B.A.S.S. Federation Nation.
LNBC Header
WELCOME to our web site. Let me tell you a little about us.

The Lake Nepessing Bass Club was started on a cold day in February at George's Bait & Tackle located below the Lake Inn on Lake Nepessing. Co-founders Larry Gargus and George Crnkovich called for the first meeting on March 7th. 1976. Forty members signed up that day, over thirty years later, five are still members. From 1976 through 2006 144 fisherman have been members of our club.
The L.N.B.C. has won three national awards from B.A.S.S., won awards from the Michigan B.A.S.S. Chapter Federation, earned several awards from local groups and organizations, and last but not least, over thirty awards from the area Boy Scout's. We would like to thank all the members who worked so hard to help us earn those awards.

We are always looking for new
 members, if you are interested

Our Purpose
To stimulate public awareness of bass fishing as a major sport.
To offer our state conservation department our organized moral

attention to this crime. To improve our skills as bass anglers through
a fellowship of friendly exchange of bass catching techniques
and ideas, and a love of this great sport. To promote and encourage
