As of right now I’m on my way to Bays de Noc. Although I don’t know much about it, I’m really looking forward to the experience.
Even though I’m starting to think about putting a blind over my duck boat and finding a spot or two to harvest a deer, I have to drill down on my fishing as I prepare for the Toyota Bassmaster Angler of the Year Championship.
The A.R.E. Truck Caps Bassmaster Elite at Cayuga Lake was a tough event for me.
I’m up here prefishing on Cayuga Lake in picture perfect weather.
We’re going to talk this week about how to deal with unfamiliar situations you’ll encounter from time to time on the water.

ICAST is in the rearview mirror. This week is just as busy because we’re getting ready for our annual fishing camp.
Last week I was talking about how hard I worked and how that was necessary for success in this business. That’s true but it isn’t the whole story. Sometimes I just chill and have a good time.
