Nominate someone for the High School All-American Fishing Team

The following form must be filled out completely for each nominee for the Bassmaster High School All-American Fishing Team by midnight, April 15. Consideration will be given to applications from students currently enrolled in grades 10-12 who have maintained a minimum 2.5 grade point average (4.0 scale) in the current year. If the nominee is selected as a member of the Bassmaster High School All-State Team, he or she must submit a letter of recommendation from a school official, a waiver by the nominee's parent or guardian, proof of current year GPA and a photo of the nominee to allamerican@bassmaster.com by April 24.
