A-Mart delivers some tackle to Hamilton

Aaron Martens just drifted down within shouting distance of Skylar Hamilton and provided some much-needed tackle. Hamilton had run out of 3/8-ounce slip sinkers, and Martens had some extras. Hamilton invited him to come in and fish this creek mouth where he's caught over 20 pounds this morning.

It's a smart move for a young guy like Hamilton to offer the reigning Bassmaster Angler of the Year to share water with him. These two guys are putting their heads together now, trying to figure out how to get these fish fired up again.

Martens said he's caught gar, drum and dink bass this morning up by the dam, but no keepers. He only had one keeper yesterday at Chickamauga, and it was a 1 1/2-pounder that Martens didn't weigh-in.

"I just want to catch a bass," Martens said.

Both Hamilton and Martens just got bites, but no hook ups. This should be interesting.
