Walking the docks, that's the question you hear over and over. B.A.S.S. photographer Seigo Saito swears he saw a patch of blue sky, just for a minute. Others say that it's lightening up. Some just shake their head and scoff. This fog has made for some cranky anglers who'd rather be fishing than sitting here stewing. And we'd rather be posting fish catches than rumors of sunlight.
