I got close enough to Scanlon for a visit. It seems yesterday may have been a bit of an anomaly. He's been mostly catching his fish here in the afternoon. He believes the fish are moving from the lake to the river. And he just needs to wait them out. He also said he's marked very few fish on his electronics. So that doesn't worry him. He's obviously here for the long run.
Meanwhile Alton and John Murray are on the opposite, more shallow side.
