First Martens, now Rojas moving up

First it was Aaron Martens with a late rally to make a bid for the Top 12, now it’s Dean Rojas, who just landed a 4 1/2-pounder. That gives him 17 pounds, unofficially, for the day and moves him into 10th place. If Rojas makes the cut, it would be from a Day 2 start of 50th place.

However, I wouldn’t put much stock in those BASSTrakk standings, especially around the cut mark for the Top 12. It’s just too close to call. And it seems like everyone is catching fish in these final hours, so more changes are likely.
