The leaders are starting with a little one-on-one competition. Skeet Reese and Mike Iaconelli are within sight of each other in Seibold Creek. Reese got on the board first with a 4-pounder on about his fourth cast. With a 6:15 takeoff time, Reese had his first fish in the boat at 6:28.
Iaconelli quickly followed with a bass that looked similar in size. James Overstreet and I are following Skeet today, so we are closer to him. But Ike is close enough that Overstreet is shooting photos of both.
