We’re feeling lonely down south

Steve Bowman and I started the day at the south end of Kentucky Lake. Our driver Crispin Powell tells us most tournaments are won down here. In fact the Triton owners tournament last week was won down here. But this morning there's not a lot of catching taking place on the south end of the lake. We've spent time with John Murray, Gary Clouse, Paul Mueller and Mike Kernan and didn't see one fish catch.

We're watching the blog and BASSTrakk and seeing lots of catching taking place mid lake. So we're feeling a little left out of the game. But then we found JVD and he has three bass in the livewell. The sun has broken through the clouds, and it's warming up now. Perhaps that will heat up the fish catching too.
