Mike Iaconelli is famous for saying "Never give up." And you'll hear anglers say, "I can get better in 5 minutes."
Both are relevant statements for Edwin Evers today. From 8:30 until about noon, Evers had a little bit of nothing. But since noon he's caught 15 fish. We think all of them could have been keepers.
This is the same spot he has visited many times in this week's tournament. If he'd arrived here today at noon with an empty livewell, he's still have at least 18 pounds. Maybe more.
