I'm sitting at the Pendleton Bridge waiting for Jared Lintner to come through.
A couple of big changes I see for today: the wind is blowing. Probably only about 10 mile an hour but it's a harbinger of things to come. Wind could change the whole game.
The other big change is every ramp I passed there was a tourney taking off this morning. That means lots more folks on the water.
