“It’ll kill me if he catches em here”

Shaw Grigsby has changed locations. Motoring about 10 minutes away on the main body of Lake Seminole from where he started the day.

I hopped in the boat with Paul Elias, who has roomed with Shaw for three years. Paul didn't make the cut, "but I'm out here because I want to see Shaw win."

We jetted over here in Paul's Triton/Honda rig, reaching a top speed of 68 miles an hour. Paul made it look easy, navigating through the channels and stumps.

"It'll make me sick if he catches em in here today," said Paul. "I tried this area in practice but didn't figure out the pattern. Once Shaw caught some here on day 1 I backed off to give this area to Shaw. I need to get better with my technology."
