Fog delay makes for late start

Thick fog delayed today's 7:30 a.m. start until 8:50 on Day 2 on Lake Seminole. The sun is shining and gradually has burned off the fog to create safe boating conditions. But it will cost the 108 anglers almost 90 minutes of their fishing time today.
