Byron Velvick has already met his goal for the day: He has one bass in the livewell.
"A pound-and-a-half, baby," Velvick said. "I'm taking this to the weigh-in."
That catch finally put Brandon Palaniuk on-the-move.
"You've already caught the only fish that lives within a mile-and-a-half of here," Palaniuk said to Velvick, as he cranked the big motor to leave.
There will be a lot of "gallows humor" on the Delaware River today, after three days of skimpy practice.
